He has great local knowledge of activities to enjoy, including all the dining options and tricks and tips for entering and exiting Mexico.

Larry informed us of all the current activity in the HOA and guided us through a home inspection, helped us negotiate a great offer and then guided us through the long and detailed process of escrow in Mexico. This is a specialized process that requires the utmost attention to detail. The signing was scheduled in Tijuana at a convenient time. Larry reminded us of all the proper documents to bring to Mexico for the signing.
